Everything Grows Here

tCAN Annual Conference 2025 – June 11 - 13, 2025

Welcome to Victoria

On Canada’s West Coast, nature shows us what it means to thrive. It doesn’t wait for perfect conditions or ask for permission. It pushes through cracks in concrete, spreads its roots in silence, and rises.

This is growth with grit. When met with barriers, it adapts, finding sunlight in shadows. It refuses to be cut down or contained.

And so must we.

In times of uncertainty, when others shrink, we expand. We create. We endure. Like dandelions beside a highway, we root ourselves deeply, dream audaciously, and send out seeds of change to drift gently into the oncoming traffic.

This June, we gather in the lush heart of Victoria to celebrate this spirit of tenacity. Together,  we’ll challenge convention and nurture ideas. (But only the good ones.)

Victoria is a place where growth refuses to be stopped.

- Dan Dagg

The Venue

Delegates will be staying at the Inn at Laurel Point.

Ideally located on the waterfront of Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour, just a short walk around the harbour will take you right downtown. The hotel offers easy access to Victoria's vibrant shops and restaurants, a panoramic view of the harbour and city skyline, and a really nice pool.

A typical June day in Victoria  is mild and sunny, with temperatures around 18°C, long daylight hours, and a coastal breeze.
